This service provides unlimited content such as games, gaming tips, videos, and other entertainment apps. The Service and all applicable content may contain copyrighted and/or proprietary subject matter. Your usage of the service and its applicable content is governed by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. Your use of the service and its mobile content is under license. The service is available as a weekly subscription which costs 1.2500 OMR and will be charged directly to your prepaid mobile phone or monthly bill. Before using Jiffygame service be sure that you read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Jiffygame is a subscription service charged 0.25OMR daily (subject to 5% VAT) and for Omantel users anc 1.5800 OMR/ weekly for Ooredoo users, provided by Nexus Enterprises Limited (12/F, Henley Building, 5 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong). This service offers you unlimited access to content such as games, gaming tips, videos, and much more entertaining apps. The Service and all applicable content may contain copyrighted and/or proprietary subject matter. Your usage of the service and its applicable content is governed by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. Your use of the service and its mobile content is under license.
We recommend that you check this Agreement on each visit to the Web App. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you may not access or use the Web App and/or the Services and should exit immediately. The Agreements are legally binding and set out the terms and conditions upon which you may access and use the Services via our web application: jiffygame.me ("Web App"). In these terms, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
1) „App Content" means all material, information, tools, content, hyperlinks, marks, and logos contained in or displayed on, and all apps and content which may be downloaded and/or accessed from or are made available through the jiffygame.me.
2) „Intellectual Property Rights" means trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, rights in designs, semiconductor topography rights, database rights of unfair extraction, utilization, and copyrights.
3) "Terms" means these Specific Terms and Conditions for Jiffygame service as may be amended from time to time.
4) "Third Party Sites" means websites and/or mobile applications owned, operated, or provided by third parties. The headings or titles to the clauses in these Terms are to facilitate reference and shall not be referred to or relied upon in the construction of any provision of these Terms.
Jiffygame offers you unlimited access to content such as games, gaming tips, videos, and much more entertaining apps. To use this service you must enter your phone number follow the directions established for this purpose. This service will be charged directly to your prepaid mobile phone or monthly bill in the amount of 1.2500 OMR/ weekly. Fees will apply. Subscribers also confirm that they are opting in to receive free SMS alerts /marketing in the future in connection with any of our offers, services, or those of its associated companies. This service will be automatically renewed and your account will be debited with a subscription cost. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the account, and that it is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such an account. Whenever your subscription is valid, you can log on to your service an use it at any time and an unlimited amount. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending UNSUB JF to the shortcode 90388 for Ooredoo users.
This service is only available to users from Oman. The purpose of the service provided and operated by Nexus Enterprises Limited allows its Users to access and use content available at the jiffygame.me website. This service can be used only from the mobile handset or device which meets or exceeds the defined mobile platform operating system. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the account, and that it is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such an account. While you're subscribed to the service, you may use it at any time and on an unlimited amount. Nexus Enterprises Limited shall take the necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information held by it. While you are subscribed, you may use this service at any time on an unlimited amount.
In this agreement with provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and all additional related legislation, Nexus Enterprises LTD is informing the user that all information in correlation with Product and Services and affined personal data will be included. We create a mobile number database in order to keep the service functioning (you get a unique username which is placed in the Sender id field to prevent sending anonymous messages). By using the Services you consent to us processing your User Data. If we have reason to believe that there has been or is likely to be a breach of security or any other misuse of the Services, we may suspend and/or terminate your subscription to the Services. We are not obliged to monitor, detect or report any unauthorized use of the Services and you shall be solely responsible for all use of the Services made by you or anyone else using your User Data, for preventing unauthorized use of your User Data and/or mobile device and you are liable for all user charges that are incurred as a result of any such unauthorized use.
If for any reason this Service is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Service Providers which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Service, the Service Providers reserve the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Service, at which time, Service Providers will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Service termination. The Service Providers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Service Provider due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Service or downloading any materials in this Service.
